Return and Exchange Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:


You must notify us of the return within 30 business days of receiving your order The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a Refund or Exchange.

If Returning for an Exchange:


The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for an exchange. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Stoneware Standard and for the true cost of shipping and handling the new exchanged item(s) back to the customer.

If Returning for a Refund:


The product must be in new condition and in the original packaging to receive consideration for a refund of the cost of the product. There is no refund for the original shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to Stoneware Standard.

to ensure the information for a Refund / Exchange is correct and to to receive an Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions and to make sure returns or exchanges are processed correctly. Returns / Exchanges shipped without Stoneware Standard authorization may be refused & returned to the customer.

All returned orders are the responsibility of the customer until Stoneware Standard is able to inspect the order. Stoneware Standard is not responsible for orders that arrive to us damaged.

We will not issue a refund or exchange if items arrive to us damaged. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method and insurance to cover the cost of returned item(s) as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost returned packages.

We will not issue refunds or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, altered or are not in resalable condition.

Your credit for the original cost of the product will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made to Stoneware Standard. Please allow up to 72 hours after the returned order is received for your credit to be issued.



Damaged Items

If your order is damaged or appears to have sustained a loss during shipment, SAVE ALL PACKING MATERIALS and contact Stoneware Standard IMMEDIATELY by Email or phone 1-877-421-4791 9am-5pm PST Mon-Fri to receive instructions.

DO NOT return the package to us unless instructed to do so.
