GENERAL SHIPPING POLICIES
In most cases, orders are shipped within 2-5 days of order placement (except
weekends and holidays); Stoneware Standard will contact the customer if an
extended delay will occur.
Canceling Orders:
If your order has not shipped, you may cancel it for any reason.
Send an e-mail and be sure to include
your name, address and order #. A representative will promptly reply by e-mail with
your order status. You may also call 1-877-421-4791 9am - 5pm PST Mon - Fri. A
friendly representative will be happy to help. Please have your order number ready
for faster service.
Orders that contain a bad shipping address and are shipped back can be reshipped
to the customer; however, an additional shipping and handling fee (equal to the
original shipping and handling charges) will apply. In order to prevent this
circumstance from occurring please verify all shipping and billing information
before placing your order.
Business hours/days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
Delivery days include every day except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Delivery time frames are estimated and therefore NOT GUARANTEED.
We are not responsible for "re-scheduled" delivery dates that may occur while your
package is in transit with UPS, regardless of the reason or level of shipping service
selected.
All domestic orders have a 3-5 working day delivery time. These estimates are based
on the item being in stock and exclude weekends and holidays.
Alaska & Hawaii
Products are shipped USPS Priority Mail 3-Day and charges will be adjusted when order is filled to exactly what USPS charges for shipping plus insurance. A copy of the charges and the USPS Tracking number will be emailed to customer when order ships.
International Policy: At this time we are not shipping International.
WE ARE NO LONGER SHIPPING TO CANADA
Back Order Policy
If an item ordered is out of stock or back ordered, the customer will be notified by e-mail of
the backorder and given the choice of waiting for the restock of the item, exchanging it for
another item, or canceling the order for a refund. Most of the time, these items are noted
directly on the website.

Due to the variations in monitors, colors of the actual products may vary from the pictures
shown. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to e-mail us. For all communications regarding your order, please include your order number.
