If you have met the conditions stated under "RETURNS AND EXCHANGES" we will be issuing a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and return instructions.

All returned orders are the responsibility of the customer until Stoneware Standard is able to inspect the order. Stoneware Standard is not responsible for orders that arrive to us damaged.

We will not issue a refund or exchange if items arrive to us damaged. We do strongly recommend that you use a shipper with a traceable shipping method and insurance to cover the cost of returned item(s) as we cannot be responsible for damaged or lost returned packages.

We will not issue refunds or exchanges for items that have been used, washed, altered or are not in resalable condition .

Your credit for the original cost of the product will be issued in the same manner in which payment was made to Stoneware Standard. Please allow up to 72 hours after the returned order is received for your credit to be issued.
